Returns
You may return items purchased from chefmatehub.store within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@chefmatehub.store with your order details. Once your return request is approved, you will be required to send the product back to our address: Office 26, 3rd Floor, Silver City Plaza, G 11 Markaz, Sector G 11, Islamabad, Pakistan. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@chefmatehub.store.
